3. 100 Free, 50 Breast, 100 Free
4. 50 Free, 50 Back, 50 Breast, 100 Free
5. 50 fly, 50 back, 50 breast, 100 free
6. same as 4
7. same as 3
8. same as 2
9. same as 1
10. warm-down with something
