Swam on my own, but really liked my workout which is why I am posting it here.

600 w/up (200 Free, 100 back, repeat)
2x  25, 50, 75, 100, 100, 75, 50, 25
   1. IM order
   2. Free swim

2x 2x100 IM
     200 Free
     4x50 IM order (25 fast, 25 medium)
